There are some challenges and practicality concerns and a system to sort flash files into useful categories etc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7haqnQvr YfI So I was on swfchan earlier to pick a few flash files and pages of 50 flashes to use as examples to show what machine readable data can be extracted from flash files and the site wend down, hopefully it will be back up soon. Anyway I will be drawing up some concept art of what the website could look like and shop around for a webhost with the file limits I need at a good price and maybe get a freelancer to help build the site. Once I have something to actually show you I will put something up on my dumpster fire of a website so you can comment, need a new webhost because file limit is too low for this project. Your primary concern will be finding the training material for it which is appropriately categorized, and that takes a lot of untrained hours.
