Someone posted a video way back when of glitches that occured when one tilted the Goldeneye 007 cartridge (google 'cartridge tilting' for info on that). One of the glitches caused all humans to spaz out. The video itself wasn't that popular, but somebody decided to do it too, and just added music. And the Get Down meme was born.
