I managed to reclick it over and over until the red bar went down totally, the you can penatrate. If you can't get it all the way down with out her talking and starting a blow job, just try to click on nipples. Mouse dodge the flying red text, makes your HP (or something) go down; Also if you miss the nipple the baby comes up and you lose like 20% of your HP.
