The main character is a wangsty retard which is supposedly a hardened combat veteran. The whole movie she acts like a co-dependent wimp. If you're actually going to watch this? Mix all the scenes up and turn the sounds and subtitles completely off. Better for your health that way. Unless you are a massive raving fag, then by all means.

>> [_] Anon 1329673 I enjoyed the movie. Not because of the plot but because of the clone guy and how the main characters reacted to him being around. Most anime plots suck (oh no, evil mind controlling computer! Revenge!) so I can ignore them so long as there's something else entertaining.

The animators made this gourgous tribute to the gits manga, but they gutted the story line to where it was near maddening. I suppose they intended to leave it open for tv, and maybe appleseed is intending to do the same?
