Those screenshots were taken in v1.0, for the record. What happened was he got a quest to kill 44 Dire Rats in the Battlefield, and they are such a rare enemy encounter there that it took him roughly 36 hours to complete the quest, at which point he had gained over 1900 of each loot type available in the zone, then he went and sold it all and got roughly 600 sextillion gold, and for some reason because of that he got launched about fifteen zones beyond The End, and all he did for a very long time was get his quest, go out, get one-shot, get another quest one zone earlier, go out, get one-shot...
