That's pretty much all the background info needed to "get" this flash. Poison Joke is a plant in the MLP:FiM universe which results in humorous effects on anyone who comes into contact with it; emptying the Poison Joke bottle causes her lower body to inflate. Poison Bloat (a play on Poison Joke) causes her upper body to inflate. increasing the "trances" bar makes her eyes go googly.
