Calling something a 'load of crap' or similar is usually a cop-out when you have nothing viable or at least relevant to say about it instead. >> [_] Anon 1637513 also on the point of money: money was created to be a medium of exchange, a form of IOU's that helped balance out the flaw of the barter system. your ability to exchange is limited to the time frame of available goods on the market. money helped ease that to something more toward what we see today. the problem is that money isn't so much a medium of exchange so much as its a resource in its own right that's sole purpose is to facilitate exchange. when the management of money became a profession, the lovely function of money that it had, changed.
