You'll do most of them just by getting a really high score, but to get it fully unlocked you need to use each bomb at least once (each unlocks an extra button to use within it). You push space to fire them and that's it - the bomb you get depends on your score at the time. You can only fire a bomb once per game (total, not each), so that means at least three plays to get everything.

Yeah just sit up the top corner of a full screen window holding down the mouse button. The "bomb" panel is the only one with a trick to it. There are three levels of "bomb", and these change as the game goes on - big vibrators, lots of small vibrators, or extra tentacles. You can only use the bomb once per game. It either wants you to try all three or it just wants you to fire the tentacle bomb.
