If you are able/bother to find the proper version and view that, great, excellent! (Most /f/ags don't.) But /f/ will always have flashes, and if you're always going to have flashes, why not have a slight bit of quality in them. If you want to download the video, the Vimeo version is freely downloadable without any browser plugins or external downloaders.
