I don't believe Firefox does that

You can run Chrome's Flash in Firefox. Most large distros will have packages for it in their
repositories.

Go to chrome://flags, find Enable Ephemeral Flash Permissions and disable that shit. Ta-da,
chrome's back to normal.

and if the top bar/new tab redesign tickles your autism, find "UI Layout for the browser’s top
chrome", select "Normal", and "New Tab Page Material Design Icons", and disable that shit then
restart chrome

This doesn't work for me, nor does forcing allow of Flash anyway using GPO/ADMX editing.
Anyone who is still having trouble, get FlashEmbed extension for Chrome, makes it work. To make
it take up the full tab again (since the extension makes the flash not quite fill up the new
tab), just drag the tab off the bar then put it back. Boom, full stretch.
