It's simply using gotoAndPlay() command to jump to a frame number corresponding to the mouse cursor x-axis position in relation to the width of the flash of the total number of frames, or simple play() and stop() commands. So it's more scripting code as far as that side of things goes. I do use Animate CC to make/edit swfs. But for this I simply used a JPEXS flash decompiler to edit the scripting without actually decompiling it down to a .fla file.

So it all worked out well for me. I am close to having the original requested version going.
