It's not too hard to try with integers, but the framerate intervals can be .01 too.

Since you have multiple frames per beat in this one, you'll have to subdivide further. This method bypasses setting a framerate that relates to the bpm, so it can't drift at all. There's more to it than just that, but I can't be bothered to write a whole tutorial. Once you have a good code you can just paste it into any further flashes you make and then it's super easy. That's how I did it, and I'm pretty sure 0x40 hues does something very similar. In fact I think I actually just stole that method from it. Oh well.

[_] My second ever flash Anon 3324912 Please tell me if you have any problems viewing it. I plan to try and sync the audio to the animation later on, so it's unfinished for now. I don't claim OC as I believe this originated on Coub or VK, I just wanted to try and make a flash version of it. Cheers.

My only gripe is the music beat rhythm just doesn't syncing up perfectly with the hip shake. It goes out of sync after a few seconds, so the framerate hasn't been chosen optimally. If you finish that, it will be a good loop! Better than what most people make these days, especially namefags. Because for some reason they don't get it that you are not supposed to take full songs that have a 10 seconds intro silence. A loop should always start with pezazz from the first second!
