You could remove the first scene and also there's like a second or two too much at the end. But the fucking framerate. Never go below the rate of animation or important keyframes are skipped. Was there any reason to make it so low in filesize? It's great if you don't want to clutter flashes with 10mb instantly, but videos just need a ton of size and it would be put to good use with more bitrate and frames. If the video is longer it should have more size than the original, but I do believe this is a lot smaller even.
