You can always just kinda wing that from looking at it with a smudge of mathmatics to get an idea. It's very much in sync. Music is also good and fits well. I don't know how much a rainymood would fit in there because of the 8bitesque music, but I always suggest it for a rainy flash anyway. Filesize is also commendable. Only improvements I can think of are sauce under the flash, maybe a link for a download as you made the music yourself. Switch the background color to something dark like black, rather than grey I think. Also there's a pixel line of transparency at the top, can it be?
