You can make do with 30 MB of disk space but I wouldn't recommend it unless you have at least a 4x CD-ROM, otherwise doing a full install at 150 MB is preferable (unless you want a snore fest during loading). 16 MB RAM is enough to run the game but do keep in mind this isn't a MS-DOS compatible title, so you're going to need to upgrade to Windows 95 if you haven't already.
