try looking into "tonethis". it's free and works fairly reliably for creating custom ringtones
(just need a phone that can save sounds in text/pic messages as ringtones).
i'm sure you can find the dialup sound anywhere...but you can just decompile the SWF and export
the mp3.

I kind of wondered why any of that fucking connection bullshit noise was left for the general
public to hear. It had a purpose for the actual creators, but to the public it was annoying
static shit.
