  An anime/manga called jojo's bizarre adventure. Multiple volumes chronicle the lives of (mostly)
  male Joestar family members, often a generation apart. The Jotaro family develops some powers in
  the first parts but fully develops them as "stands" in the third (ghost images users can project
  who are massively powerful).
  The bad guy named Dio (a vampire) of part 2 returns after having taken over the body of a Jostar
  and also gains a stand that way. His stand, named "The World", turns out to be so extremely
  powerful that he can stop time with it. Someone made this flash showcasing the various stands;
  the last is Dio and "The World" and one above is the good guy with "Star Platinum" who
  specializes in power and rapid punching.
