the helicopters are the only thing that screwed me over, had over 100 hp then a helicopter came
and I died instantly from the bombs...

oh wow, eventually fire-breathing helicopters just keep coming, then I ran into a hill with three
of those spikey balls right next to each other so there's no fucking way of jumping past without
dying... 2516in is the farthest I've gotten (healed at 2500in...)

anybody know what the bonuses are in the options menu or how to get them?
I only have the second one on the list, no idea how I got it though.
