I tried playing for real this time. I started with tease pussy, but then meter peaked about
3/4ths of the way.
I tried switching to tease ass and lick, but neither increased the meter so I switched to
violate. (Edit: I left lick on for a while, and it looks like it built the meter all the way up)
It looks like violate always brings the meter down regardless of how high it is.
