From what I can tell (i'm no expert mind you) the upper pipe is a reed pipe and the lower one may
be a sheperd's pipe. That is my best guess from what I can see of the mouth pieces and the number
of holes/lenght of each.

Cittern is the name for the long mandolin looking instrument. It is part of the mandolin family
