You know, the problem seems to be perspective. She's slightly slanted to our left. Her face
and body suggest this. The nipples and general outline of her upper torso should also reflect
this, instead they're at an angle that suggests that she's right in front of you in no angle
whatsoever.
Use something as reference such as [random google image search]:
