Sucks ass, its a contest to see who draws the most direct healing and damage cards, the rest is
practically useless.

I'd say no
I personally like the arcane power/taint/remove taint cards better
if you can get a few remove taint cards in store and some protection you can pull a megalomania
of >+20 for insane points without dying of insanity
what sucks is how fast the game ended, I had only made it to something like yog-sothoth warrior
when it tells me I have become Great Cthulhu, game over.

the discard card is completely useless, it would allow an opponent to discard an otherwise
useless card (3 damage) for a potentially epic one (14 damage)
