I made one myself because I was too lazy to download some shitty software.
It's a .scr that loads and plays a flash that you set in the settings.
http://tastypie.kicks-ass.net/ssswf.scr
To rename it in the screensaver dialog, name it ss[whateveryouwantittobecalled].scr replacing
whateveryouwantittobecalled obviously.
