Get the SPC plugin, download desired SPC here:

OR
1. Get SNES9x (http://snes9x.ipherswipsite.com/)
2. Play game up to point of music you want.
3. Click file > save other > save SPC data.
4. Get said SPC plugin.
5. Play SPC file with Winamp.
