  Easy way to have him beat:

  Fatass here has four attacks: he breathes flame, spits out a slug that crawls on the ground,
  flies at your head to try and grab you, and calls lightning on your face. Since two of his four
  attacks can be avoided by just crouching (the flame-breath and the fly-by), stay crouched on the
  sidewalk with your shotgun aimed at his face. If he does either of the two above, sit tight. (I
  never bothered trying to blast him during the flame-breath, though it's possible). When he sucks
  in air and his cheeks puff, he's using either flame breath or slug-spit. If he flames, just sit
  there; if he spits a slug, wait for a second and jump over it. Once he flies in the air, he's
  going for your head, but if you're crouched, he'll just fly over you. Finally, when he points his
  finger at you, he's about to call lightning. No way to avoid this, so use this chance to coat his
  face in buckshot. Shoot him in the head 5 times and he's down.

  not that anyone with problems or solutions to them actually said anything specific, but here.
  left click mouse to shoot. move mouse to move aim. my guess is that you have to have the mouse
  over the first possessed guys face to kill him because i shot him in the face 2 or 3 times and
  all he did was lose his eyes and kill me. didn't try the level skip or the start with all the
  guns deal. so the "shoot shit in the face" deal is a lie unless they meant the mouse has to be
  over it as opposed to the more obvious bullet landing in the face because it was shot in the
  direction of the face.

  Click on the enemies, not past them.
  Hold down the mouse button to spray Uzi bullets all over.
  You can take out the adult-zombies' legs with the shotgun.
  Duck to avoid most of the boss' attacks.
