anyone know how I can get this to work on a web page? I download it, then allowed the flash to
link with the internet to let it work, uploaded it to a flash hosting site, but when I try to

Yeah it's a modern method when chunks of the same bits are marked as <1/0><#of the same bits>
It really helps when there are long chunks of zeroes or ones.
