since this was posted, I would like to settle this once and for all, and I desperately hope
someone posts sauce after I give this information which was gathered after extensive research.
the song comes from a Japanese trance album called Trance Paradise 4. the artist of the song is
ロング－T (Long-T) and the title of the song is アイ・ウォント・ユー (I Want You). as far as I know, it
combines music from 2 songs, and the singer is not actually Long-T.

i mean the guy took 2 songs and remixed both of them, that's my assumption anyway.
the hyper-fast rapping part is taken from a from a song called "Poga Poga" and sped up.
