She's not an anime girl, she's from a game series called Touhou Project, a scrolling bullet hell
shooter or danmaku.
The head is a yukkuri... which is a meme related to the series.
Go to /jp/ to learn more, the board was practically created for everything related to the game
series back in February last year, to keep them out of /a/. Any time you see a thread with
characters with silly headwear, it's probably Touhou-related. If you make a thread and be a
