Miku is only as good as her composer - if it sounds horrible, it's because the person who did it
wasn't good at it. Get her someone talented to redo the songs and you'll see a stark difference.

90% of miku songs aren't very good or downright crap if we're comparing it to real songs sung by
a human. even some of the popular ones (love is war, yukkuri shitteite ne) get on my nerves, the
difference is that they have good/great videos to go along with it. i think my personal
fascination with miku has less to do with how she sounds as with seeing what kind of stories and
characterizations the fans come up with. if her voice is well done it's definitely a plus, but
it's not the main draw for me since it's just a fact of life that most people can't get vocaloids
to sound 'natural.'
