From there, it should be straightforward - just browse your documents for the location of the .SWF file... ...if you're using Vista, look for a program called "Ave's DesktopSites"... it's practically the same thing except for two key differences: 1) it's non-interactive (which isn't a problem for a Flash like this); and 2) it streams media off the Web, so you'll have to host it on a site like PhotoBucket first, then link it from there.
