Oh wow, this is a phenomenal improvement.
Criticism: her breasts look odd, particularly the line. I guess it's because she's a Zora? It's
just a bit strange.
The two-tone shading is very flat-looking and rather unprofessional. Add some gradients, or at
least a second layer of shading.
During the blowjob scene, try animating Ruto's mouth a bit more, it looks rather uninteresting
just seeing his cock vanish into her completely stationary mouth.
Link's hands are badly rendered, but hands are hard to draw.
Have Ruto have more expression to her lustful look during the second scene, her face looks frozen
in shock. Animate her eyes more, maybe make her head move a bit.
Looking directly at Link makes it obvious he's just got a tween motion on him, but Link's not the
focus so that's okay.
Add more color and shading to Link's cum, and make it a bit more fluid, he looks like he's
covering her in yogurt.
All in all, exceptional execution thus far, I came twice.

Wow, I lurked the LoZ:HQ site for a long time and was pretty disappointed to see such a promising
project abandoned... but it's nice to see it's finally being reborn! It sucks that all that work
was lost, I still have the original ruto intro and zelda demo that I saved and could re-post
here... I think this flash would be awesome to add the ruto intro onto the front of (especially
since that would add the Zora's domain music, which would help with the lack of sound.) Not sure
where to tell you to get good sound effects from but hopefully someone else can help you find
some since they make a good game into an epic game!

It looks more like the original N64 just wanted to shade her breasts, and the polygons gave it an
odd hard-line look.
I can't say what they were going for with the 3DS. At any rate, for young Ruto, ordinary breasts
are acceptable.
Regarding the easter egg: her breasts and head are bouncing but her torso is staying still,
that's a bit off. As it's just a trial scene, I assume she'll get more expression than a single
frozen face, later.
Other than her hand looking strange as well (again, hands are just freaking hard to draw and I
can't fault you for it), this scene is very well made.

If you honestly consider it a necessary part of Ruto's anatomy, keep it. It's not that big an
issue.
The big things to work on are: hand anatomy, shading.
Tones that end in solid lines are hard on the eyes. When it comes to tones, blur is your friend.
And more than two shades are necessary for less flatness.
