I have Windows XP. It just says "Loading... 1%" and nothing ever happens (even though the flash has
been downloaded 100%). Tried running it from my hard drive too without any success.

Whoops, left out a step. Load it in a flash player, click File, then perform Create Projector. It
will only work in a projector for some reason.
