  How To (for Windows):
  1. Get swftools. swftools.org/download.html
  2. Extract the folder.
  3. Create a blank .txt file in the folder. Copy-paste this:
  png2swf -o %1.swf %1
  Save and renamed to sopa.bat
  4. Make an image and save as png.
  5. Drag the image to sopa.bat
  6. ?????
  7. UPLOAD!
