Pretty sure this is copy protection that prevents the SWF from being played unless it's being
loaded from a specific URL.
If that's true, sure does suck that the proper URL is no longer a hosted site.

Open it, "Save Page as"
If you're using firefox, it's under the file tab.
If you're using chrome, it's under the page options button.
If you're using IE, get a real fucking browser.
