Ignore Tactics. Put everything into Neetery and RAGE. Keep it equal.
Eventually you'll get more EXP than your TNL, this is good. Keep going Neetery/RAGE equally.
Once you're getting a LOT of EXP more than your TNL (we're talking like, 4k in Neetery/RAGE) then
you can start your buildup. Your first buildup will take about two hours if you are getting one
level up per second (which is max).
From there, make SURE you have at LEAST 20,000 skill points, and increase your Hardcoreness to
20. This will unlock "Enlightenment" which will constantly level you until your EXP goes below
your TNL. Which means lots and lots of Skill Points.

Take those Skill Points, put another 20 into Hardcoreness, and dump the rest between Neetery and
RAGE. Repeat repeat repeat repeat.
Once you're looking at around... 100+ Billion in Neetery/RAGE, you can start using excess EXP to
dump into Mastery. Clicking the Mastery bar dumps your excess EXP into it, and raises the gauge
and your Mastery Level.
Getting to Mastery 100 nets you Rebirth, which starts the game over with +1 to all your base
stats and 1 more skill point per level, meaning 4 Skill points for 1 level.
Repeat ad infinitum.
