Rational people don't do that. Whoever made this shitty presentation is omitting the fact that
there are interest rates, inflation, etc etc. If you take a loan out and put it right back into
the bank, you're going to lose money, as your interest returned will be less than the interest
paid on the loan.
When you borrow cash, you invest it and plan on offsetting the interest rate.

um, i think the creator just omitted the step where the student uses the loan to pay tuition, and
it's the uni who deposits the money, because the intermediate steps of interest and inflation are
negligible.
the interest return on a corporate account is larger than a personal account. the stock market is
a place to deposit money and earn interest. interesting that most banks have stocks services.
unless you put your loan money in your sock drawer, the money is being re-deposited as described.
