To get the key: go to toilet --> open water container --> find box and gem --> use gem on box (first click gem, then box) --> find note which says "The key is deep within" --> use knife on hand (first click on knife, then on hand) --> use key which you get by slicing open your arm to unlock door --> PROFIT!!!
