The only difference was that when you beat a game you got special costumes or weapons. The achievements are there to motivate you to play the game and therefore, get more for your money. You can now show them online, where you previously could not, when only a few close friends of yours knew that you beat a certain game on the highest difficulty setting. The Neurotically Yours creator is running out of ideas, or he's serious about this crap. He is simply a power hungry egomaniac, trying to get you to agree with his ideals and thus, creating more mindless sheep to jerk off his already over-bloated ego. Without his flash movies, he would be another attention-seeking ranting emo, who's bitter at the world and no one would give a shit. Of course you get achievements for some stupid things, like pressing the start button, but there are also achievements you have to really work for. Foamy said that people will spend alot of time on some achievements, but maybe thats the persons own decision. Maybe he's a perfectionist that likes to play for the challenge? Achievements, as I stated before, are only extras added to the game to motivate you to play and get more for you money, they're added there to keep you busy when you're bored or you don't have nothing to do.
