It goes faster when you click and hold, but turns slower. The point is to eat stuff. Eating the red thing takes you to the next level. Eating the blue thing takes you to the previous level. The more you eat, the more body pieces you get. Eating the plus sign thing upgrades a body piece and makes you faster. Eating things makes body pieces glow starting from the front. If a piece gets eaten, it slows you down. Eat enough to make the missing piece glow to get it back. That about covers it.
