[_] Flash Collection VNanashi 3449373 Better late than never. Like I promised here is my Flash collection: 6567 Files, 22,6GiB. I have no idea how to upload a torrent, if anyone knows go ahead. If you want to avoid to use Mega directly, JDownloader2 should work on most platforms. You can skip Software.tlz too if you want, it contains flashplugin installer, projector, and shockwave projector. >># Whatever I liked, [L]oops for the most part. It includes over 6000 Flashes, an index providing sources and other info, and F5, a Flash randomizer. Editing the table is possible by Ctl-clicking on the desired cell. The F5 injector is not yet ready for release, there's two injector files included "f5-injector.js" (default, only real flashes) and "f5-injector_alt.js" (flashes and video conversion), edit f5.html if you want to use one or the other. A nifty toggleable info button for F5 is also included, but commented out because if found it too distracting. This collection is not safe for those who suffer of photosensitivity or heart diseases. That being said screamers, with the exception of light screamers like Hoods and Cutestquietestloli, should all be contained in the appropriate directory which is not read by F5.
>> [_] Anon 3449432 >inb4 OP is a glownigger and just tricked you all into downloading pizza
>> [_] Anon 3449433 >># (part 2 of 3) Troubleshooting General Usage I recommend browsing with Pale Moon or Basilisk web browsers with Adobe Flash Plugin installed. To open Shockwave Flash files, set the standalone Flash projector (Windows: flashplayer_32_sa.exe, MacOS: flashplayer_32_sa.dmg, Linux: flashplayer) as default program for .swf extension files, while Shockwave files (.dcr) should default to the Shockwave Projector (Windows: SPR.exe). If your Flashes start downloading instead of opening in your browser or you decided not to use Flash plugin, set the standalone Flash Projector as default application for Flash Files (application/vnd.adobe.flash.movie and application/x-shockwave-flash) in the Palemoon/Basilisk browser preferences, like this. On Firefox-based browsers you may need type about:config in the URL bar, search for "plugins.http_https_only", and double click on it to set it to "false". After 12th January 2020, Flash Plugin will be automatically blocked. This can by bypassed by adding the line AllowListUrlPattern=file:///C:/Users/you rname/the/path/to/the/website, after replacing the example path I included with the correct one, to the mms.cfg file (on Windows use an alternative editor like Notepad++ instead of the default Microsoft Notepad.exe) in the following directory: 32-bit Windows: %WINDIR%\System32\Macromed\Flash 64-bit Windows: %WINDIR%\SysWow64\Macromed\Flash MacOS: /Library/Application Support/Macromedia Linux: /etc/adobe/ If you experience heavy glitches and/or slowdowns, try right clicking on a Flash animation and select "Settings", then try to tick/untick "Enable hardware acceleration" and restart your browser or projector.
>> [_] Anon 3449434 >># (part 3 of 3) Broken Files For certain appently broken Flashes Control/Right-Click->Play, Control/Right-Click->Rewind, or a combination of both generally works. Older Nico Nico Douga Flashes are broken on the latest Flash plugin and projector. Fixing them is easy enough, but for those who want to run the clean files I included the last working projector (version 10.3.181.14). swf/.lost/_lost.txt lists lost Flashes. I forgot about it until last minute, so the file is a mess. Credits VNanashi, Flash collection and index, basic HTML and CSS; Anon from /g/, all the Javascript and coding behind the website. Special Thanks The 404 Team and JantsoP from The Best 404 Page Ever Redux, from which the concept of the website and CSS were shamelessly copied from; 2ch.net, 5ch.net, Futaba, 4chan, 7chan, Dagobah, z0r, Fusroga, NicoNicoDouga and all the other Flash imageboards I'm probably forgetting right now, for providing most of the Flashes in the collection; SWFAnts and the 4plebs and Danbooru staff for their Flash archives; Tinklebell, another stolen CSS. Version History v1.0 (2020-12-12): Release [Some kind of red hat. Makes some people really mad.]

Huh, didn't think MEGA had a limit. First time I hit it after downloading 8.25 GiB. Four hours isn't even that long of a wait time. Still don't know how they can make money from this awesome download service.
>> [_] VNanashi 3449446 >># After 12th of January AllowListPreview will be disabled and EnableAllowList automatically set to true. Otherwise if you have Dynamic IP you can try resetting your router and clearing cookies. When dev wakes up I'll ask him if he can help me create a torrent. Someone mentioned archive.org in another thread, but it only accepts single files, not directories. >># Here's to another 20 years /f/riend *:.。.o(≧▽≦)o.。.:*
>> [_] Anon 3449448 >># >I don't know what version the killswitch was introduced Anyone got a link or version number of one of the old versions? I would assume one from, say, 2 or 3 years ago would be enough, I forgot when they started shilling for the death of flash
>> [_] Anon 3449449 >># >Just having "AllowListUrlPattern = file:///" is enough to open any local files for me. That doesn't work for me. What program are you using to play the local flash files? If you're using the projector you aren't using the flash plugin. The projector doesn't read mms.cfg. I'm trying to play flashes using Media Player Classic, which uses the plugin, and it doesn't work. And I know it reads the mms.cfg file because I can toggle the block on/off using EnableAllowList. Also what OS are you on? I'm on Windows 10 (64-bit).
>> [_] Anon 3449450 >># That might be another caveat, I think the same update that uninstalled flash might have also permanently disabled it, even if it's re-installed. I can't be sure because I don't update windows, but if you got the latest updates, you might be fucked, and forced to switch OS or rollback to an earlier update
>> [_] Anon 3449451 >># No that's not it. I've not installed any anti-flash or flash-uninstall with Windows Update. I've just manually told the flash plugin to block all flashes that is not on its whitelist. But I can't whitelist local flashes. At this point I'm 90% sure Adobe has bugged how the flash plugin interprets the whitelist. I can't even specify individual flashes on the whitelist with direct paths to them. I've contacted Adobe about it and they haven't been able to answer me. They just link me to the PDF in >>#, which I've read a million times already. Adobe has a bug in their whitelist already that makes it impossible to see flashes with brackets []{} in the filename so they obviously don't test their code properly, meaning it wouldn't be strange if there's something wrong with how they interpret local file paths.
>> [_] Anon 3449453 >># Maybe adobe couldn't help you because of your abhorrent reddit spacing
>> [_] VNanashi 3449454 >># I tried opening F5.html with Firefox-ESR on Win7. Try clearing cache/cookies with bleachbit and rebooting. >># >Adobe has a bug in their whitelist already that makes it impossible to see flashes with brackets []{} in the filename Funny you mention that because now I'm getting killswitch screen with all flashes with [] in filename, EVEN after setting time back to current day.
>> [_] Anon 3449461 >># A problem with 4chan is that you have a thin post form when the post appears on a wide page. The paragraphs look good in the message box, not so much after you post. Has nothing to to with reddit, a website I despise due to censorship and people's mentality rooted in the hunt for points. >># >I tried opening F5.html with Firefox-ESR on Win7. You're saying you use a browser to playback flashes locally and you don't open the swf files directly?
>> [_] Anon 3449462 >># >now I'm getting killswitch screen with all flashes with [] in filename, EVEN after setting time back to current day. Could it be that you no longer have AllowListPreview=1 in your mms.cfg but you still have EnableAllowList=1 ?
>> [_] Anon 3449478 >># >># I've also noticed that. Tested the after 2020 setup and got most of everything to work normally in palemoon. But for some reason there is a bug that disables all flashes with [ or ] in the filename. Works when you rename it. Also I got all local files to work, but when I try to load files from another network adress, it doesn't work. I tried adding all kinds of adresses to the mms, but no luck.
>> [_] VNanashi 3449481 >># >># >You're saying you use a browser to playback flashes locally and you don't open the swf files directly? I use the projector. Your problem is explained inside the pdf. >EnableInsecureAllowListLocalPathMatching >There are a number of legacy desktop applications that incorporate Flash Player by embedding native browser windows into their UI. While this practice is not technically supported, we do our best to keep those applications working while prioritizing security over compatibility. Try something like this https://i.imgur.com/GAXBnEp.png On my machine it not only fixed MPC-HC, but for some reason it solved my problem with brackets in filenames too. >># >Could it be that you no longer have AllowListPreview=1 in your mms.cfg but you still have EnableAllowList=1? I use neither since they won't be necessary after 2021. Here is a sample page for testing https://files.catbox.moe/hdnve9.tgz
>> [_] Anon 3449482 >># Well no wonder it works for you if you use the projector; it doesn't use mms.cfg. You're not using the ActiveX flash plugin to play your flash files locally. I've already got EnableInsecureAllowListLocalPathMatching and a bunch of other settings: EnableInsecureActiveXNavigateToURL=1 ProtectedMode=0 AllowUserLocalTrust=1 LocalFileReadDisable=0 LegacyDomainMatching=1 EnableInsecureLocalWithFileSystem=1 EnableInsecureAllowListLocalPathMatching =1 AllowListRootMovieOnly=1 My certainty of Adobe just having bugged whitelist matchmaking for local paths has risen to 95%. I can't believe they are fine with shipping a broken final version of flash. How could they not have seen this problem and the brackets problem during testing?
>> [_] Anon 3449483 >># >On my machine it not only fixed MPC-HC Try to make it so that you can't see the flash in Media Player Classic. If you can see local swf files in it as well those with []{} in the filename chances are it's not reading mms.cfg or you have AllowListPreview set to 1 (which disables blocking).
>> [_] Anon 3449484 >># About the flash that you have posted... The song in it is a remix of the following song? https://youtu.be/XIyPGvRatUs
>> [_] Anon 3449487 I thought that maybe I had too many options or something so I tried to have a mms.cfg with only this: EnableInsecureAllowListLocalPathMatching =1 EnableAllowList=1 EnableInsecureAllowListLocalPathMatching =1 AllowListUrlPattern=file: ... Then I made a "temp" folder on C:\ and put a "test.swf" in there. It was blocked in Media Player Classic. If I changed mms.cfg to "EnableAllowList=0" it was not blocked, so I know it reads the file I'm working in. I don't know how it could not be bugged if the whitelist won't even accept a direct absolute path to the flash file.
>> [_] Anon 3449489 >># the three dots are various variations of the filter, had to cut it from the post because 4chan refused to let me post it (said my IP range was banned, which isn't true because I can post this). had 16 variations of the whitelist, none of them worked.

>> [_] VNanashi 3449494 >># Dubmood - Kolobki vodka dance #3 (Based on Sledstvie vedut kolobki on the ZX Spectrum) >># Win10 doesn't have IE right? Are you sure it supports ActiveX plugin?
>> [_] Anon 3449495 Tried using your exact settings: SilentAutoUpdateEnable=0 AutoUpdateDisable=1 EOLUninstallDisable = 1 AllowListUrlPattern = file:* EnableInsecureAllowListLocalPathMatching = 1 And this time I tried by changing my computer's clock to January 31st. I thought that maybe using EnableAllowList=1 before the actual kill switch date doesn't use the same code for some reason and that "previewing" it was bugged. But nope, still didn't work. The only thing I can think of now is that it's bugged in Windows 10 but not in Windows 7. I assume you are on the 64bit version of the OS? Otherwise it may be some kind of 32bit/64bit bug. >># My version of Win10 has Internet Explorer, it shows up when I search for it in the Start Menu. The ActiveX flash plugin is definitely supported because otherwise Media Player Classic wouldn't be able to display swf files at all (it works when I turn off the whitelist and have the real system date).
