Notice how all the buttons can be accessed with one hand?
Sadly that is some brilliant control design given the type of game. But would prefer some other
button options.

If you're going to have the ability to defend yourself, at least make it useable. It's pretty
much impossible to win a fight.
Losing should be an option, otherwise remove the attack button
