You can knock Ceraph out if you max your bow & arrow special by training it with Kelt on the
farm. I don't think normal attacks ever do enough damage to k.o. before her stupid lust special
activates. You'll know your bow special is maxed when the in-combat text says something about
"supreme skill", and it does 160-ish damage.
Also, I think her curse only blocks your normal attack, spells learned from the books dropped by
the Sand Witch should still work. And there's the bow.
Additionally, there's this, from the changelog of the newest version (0.6.5l1, available on the
official website, not what OP posted) :
