This isn't actually a colored version, it's a remake WITH color.
The models are significantly different, and much lower quality.

Yea it took me a while to figure it out but saddly it is just a remake.
Although there is an update to this one which uses 3d shading instead of cell shading and a few
character design updates. just search youtube for the color version.
Wish the original author wasnt such a shut in about his master piece. :(

What pisses me off is that the full version of the original isn't released anywhere on the
internet.
The one on youtube and such is actually a shorter version of the full song. A full version was
made, using the Subterranean Animism cast, for concerts with the Bad Apple song. It remains
unreleased to the public. You might find some concert videos with it in the background, but
that's it.
I am currently on a personal quest to obtain a copy of it and upload it to the internet.

It's MMD models. You can tell just from the apple that it's lower quality models, not just color.
