It actually is Hayao Miyazaki. If you did some more looking you'd find its a Music Video made by

that's some great character design. those fuckers just scream 'badass'. soldiers in bright
colored uniforms, BUT still with obscured faces for anonymity, and vaguely american regalia. plus
the clothing is just bulky and vague enough it is plausible it is legit armor and not just for
show. makes me wish there was more.
