It's an incomplete game, it requires external files from the original website. It assumes that
the current website is the original, which it isn't, so it can't find the files. If you really
wanted you could download all of the files and upload them to a server, or you can just play it
on the original site.

Looking at the source, all of the filenames are encoded in Japanese using Unicode escape
sequences, so you would have to figure out the original text from crap like "\u53CD\u97FF\u97F3_\
u4F4E\u97F3\u88DC\u5F37.wav" in order to download each resource file. Way too much damn work for
the reward involved.
