The biggest problem I have with Homestuck, aside from it having gotten disturbingly popular with
the same crowd of mouth breathing retards who constantly spout internet memes and guzzle pocky
like it's fucking crack, is that for sheer novelty and creative spark, it's just so incredibly
far behind his previous work Problem Sleuth. I don't give a fuck about any of the Homestuck plot
or characters. But you know who I did care about? Ace Dick and Bat-Hurst. Even in the world of

Nobody I've talked to likes homestuck because of how deep it is, because it's not. The characters
range from average to completely two-dimensional, and there's no deep, underlying message to the
plot.
People like homestuck because of the complexity of the plot. The plot is absolutely not nonsense,
and is very well put-together. Hussie himself said that it was like a story that is also a
puzzle. The fact that you consider it to be nonsense just suggests that you can't keep track of
all the moving parts.
