Oh god.. I've been looking for this for a while. It was from when moot spazzed out and made the
background of /b/ strobe green and yellow with Cotton Eyed Joe as the bg music.. the dancing gifs
were in a huge sticky and meant to be dancing along with the music.
This flash was made shortly afterwards as a sort of tribute to that kickass day. I still miss the
music.
