I think I know what makes this truly creepy...
The thing is, younger adults and teens do these webcam "tributes" for each other. Even with stuff
like the sugar-glider mask. The person who's doing this seems to be in his forties, at least.
How he's bidding Kashiyuka well is admirable, considering that she is most likely an adult.
However, their perceptual difference in age is dramatic to the point of being offsetting. I think
of this as a transferred "connection" between a loli character or cosplayer and her teenage
"friend."
Could just be me.
