I think they are luck items that help your chances. The COS items seems to be new costumes but
they more you get, the harder it becomes to get a fucking combo. I got the middle one which
turned out to be a dominatrix outfit.

As for items, from top to bottom are:

>Reduce all slots to one costume
>Not sure
>Reduce all slots to three costumes
The rest are new costumes as >>1656696 pointed out. To unlock naked, you need to complete all the
other costumes at the slots.
