Just save them as .rar, yeah it will read .rar.rar then and then select them all 4 and right
click and select extract here, can't be easier.

You need to have all four in the same directory, with the same name (ShinobiGirl200.part*.rar),
and just extract the first one. Use the official WinRAR archiver if you can.
